January 30 - February 3, 2012
Below is listed the times of the new Bell schedule. We have more time for our students to get the correct books prior to going to class. This will cut down on the un-preparedness of our students and allow them to learn the skill of being prepared! We are trying to help organize them for success!!!
Another change is the Blue Folders at the Foyer.....Teachers will post the daily homework assignments in the folder for parents and students to peruse in order to find out what is missing due to absences, internet interruption, a missing notation in the student planner. All entries are there to help organize our students.
Organization is the key to success!!!

Welcome to Mrs. Fleming's Webpage : )
Welcome
My name is Mrs. Fleming and I am so very happy to be back at Washington Gifted Middle School for the 2011-12 academic year. As you may know, I will be teaching Language Arts to the Grade 5 and Grade 6 student body. Throughout the academic year, it is my hope that we can communicate through the use of this Wiki. : ) Please feel free to use the comment section below to help me clarify any unclear information or questions you may encounter throughout our journey this semester.
Please remember, I adhere to the Washington School late work policy. Each day an assignment is late, it will lose a letter grade. After 5 days I cannot accept the work and it will be a zero.
Enjoy and celebrate the triumphs!!! This year let us encourage our students to ............GO BEYOND........
NOTE: Your student is the primary source for information, it should be written in the planner. I provide a Weebly Website as a secondary source for information. Your student should be writing in a planner!!! If you do not see the planner or see information written in the planner, then your student is not completing the necessary task for success at Washington.
***Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.....through the website, school phone or email. I will do my best to respond in a timely fashion. You will need to ask to be included in this web blog. I have required this to ensure privacy and the ability for my previewing information prior to publication. Please click on the invitation for access to this page. I will approve the access if you are on my email list. Thank you for your help in keeping this a private page for your students at Washington Gifted. Should you need to contact me, please feel free to email at this site, or Betina.Fleming@psd150.org , I will respond as soon as possible.
Lets work together to have a great year!!!!
